Information and Referral Tool (IRT) is an online tool that was created by the PA Department of Human Services to assist individuals in identifying programs and resources that may help individuals to obtain services and remain in their home and community. These include home and community-based waiver programs, which will sometimes cover part of the cost of an adapted vehicle.
