A significant portion of the Pennsylvania economy and workforce consists of farming or farming-related jobs. PA’s Office of Vocational Rehabilitation is sensitive to the needs of farmers who have a disability and the services that may be needed to maintain their current level of farming. The F.A.R.M. program manual was developed to assist OVR staff in working with customers whose goal is to maintain their existing farm and to help ensure that consistent staff procedures are followed across the Commonwealth.
