Sarah Dieleman Perry is the VP of Economic Mobility at Neighborhood Allies, a nonprofit community development support organization in Pittsburgh. Programs under Sarah’s leadership include the Allegheny County Financial Empowerment Center, Fund My Future PGH, and Bank On Allegheny County Coalition, which together have assisted thousands of local families to reach financial goals and build wealth. She also directs several financial education programs for youth, women, and entrepreneurs.

Sarah’s convening role at Neighborhood Allies includes the creation and oversight of the Asset Building Network and Bank On Allegheny County Coalition. She was appointed in 2023 by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to the Community Advisory Board. She serves as a Community Champion and is on the Financial Security Network for Prosperity Now.

Sarah holds a Master’s degree in Economic and Social Development and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of Pittsburgh’s Graduate School of Public and International Affairs.
