With 18 years of experience in disability services, Meghan has worked in both nonprofit and high school environments, specializing in supporting adolescents as they transition from high school to adulthood.

Currently serving as a Case Manager in a Philadelphia high school, Meghan works with students in their final year of high school, providing individualized supports and transition services as students prepare for life after high school.

Previously in non-profit disability services, Meghan worked for more than 10 years throughout the greater Philadelphia area, collaborating with schools, students, and families, and related stakeholders, supporting adolescents in transition planning from high school to adulthood, with a focus on skill development, community engagement, independence, and long-term success.

A Virginia native and graduate of James Madison University with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Special Education, Meghan calls Philadelphia home.
