Krystal Eason is a Human Resources leader, with over 20 years of professional experience in both marketing and HR. She is currently the Head of HR at Said Differently, a marketing consulting agency. Krystal has worked across a diverse set of industries, including renewable energy, real estate, non-profit, food and beverage, and education.
A graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a graduate certificate in Organizational Behavior from the Harvard Extension School, Krystal is also SHRM-certified and an OKR coach. She focuses on developing people practices that improve employee experience while advancing company objectives. She values data-driven decision-making and efficient systems that work for real people. Based in Philadelphia, Krystal lives with her husband, three sons, and their dog Chewie.
