Derek Baker joined the PATF Board of Directors in 2010. Derek is a partner at Reed Smith, LLP, Philadelphia, specializing in commercial restructuring and bankruptcy law and has been recognized by several publications as a local and regional “leader” in restructuring and bankruptcy. Mr. Baker is a former chair of steering committee of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Conference and a member of the Local Rules Committee of the United States Bankruptcy Court for Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Derek, his wife (a certified speech language pathologist) and three children live in Elkins Park, Montgomery County, PA.
