Judge Baker joined the PATF Board of Directors in 2010. Judge Baker presently sits on the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Previously, Judge Baker maintained a private legal practice in Philadelphia, specializing in commercial restructuring and bankruptcy law for over 25 years. Judge Baker is a former chair of Steering Committee of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Conference and a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy. Judge Baker, his wife (a certified speech language pathologist) and their family live in eastern Pennsylvania.
