Craig Douglass is the Chief Administrative Officer at Arc Human Services, a Pennsylvania-based provider supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism. He began his career as a direct caregiver and brings more than 25 years of experience supporting vulnerable populations, including individuals with dual diagnoses. Today, his work focuses on aligning operations, technology, and strategy to help organizations deliver high-quality, sustainable services. Craig has led the development of a Smart Living strategy that integrates assistive technology into everyday supports, helping individuals build skills, increase independence, and expand opportunities for greater autonomy. He is committed to strengthening communities that support people with diverse abilities by expanding access to innovative, person-centered solutions.
