Program Associate
Carmella Rynearson is a Program Associate and Underwriter for PATF. She is primarily responsible for helping people access funding for assistive technology through PATF’s Loan Programs. Carmella also provides applicants with information about other possible assistive technology funding resources.
Before joining PATF’s office staff, Carmella provided outreach for the nonprofit as a Funding Assistance Coordinator in Northeastern Pennsylvania. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Child and Family Studies from the University of Scranton. Much of her career has been spent working with individuals who receive services through PA’s Home and Community-Based Services administered by the Office of Long-Term Living. Carmella is a strong supporter of Self-Determination for individuals with disabilities and older adults. Through her work with nonprofit agencies, she has helped to promote independent living for all.
She currently lives in Schuylkill County with her husband. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, playing with her dogs, gardening, and spending time with her family and friends.
