Portrait of Theresa Jenkinson

As Executive Director of Inglis Community Services, Theresa oversees strategic planning, new business development, marketing, and community-based programs for individuals with complex physical disabilities living throughout Pennsylvania.

Before joining Inglis in 2018, Theresa spent nearly nine years at Resources for Human Development (RHD), a national human services organization with 160 programs providing behavioral health, substance abuse, I/DD, homelessness and children’s services. Prior to RHD, Theresa held a range of communications and program management roles at Coro New York Leadership Center, Acumen Fund, Princeton University’s AlumniCorps Program, and washingtonpost.com. She also spent five years as an Adjunct Professor of Human Services at Harcum College.

Theresa received her Master’s in Public Administration from New York University and was awarded a Catherine B. Reynolds Fellowship in Social Entrepreneurship, focusing on capacity-building among organizations focused on double and triple bottom line returns. Her bachelor’s degree is from Bucknell University.

Theresa enjoys hiking, cycling, and traveling any chance she gets – but spends most of her time with her two young children.
