Marian Baldini has served as CEO of KenCrest since December, 2015, and has extensive professional experience in serving older Pennsylvanians and people with disabilities, as well as having close personal experience with issues that affect people with disabilities. She has over 38 years of executive planning, administration, academia, and director support in the human services sector, of which the past 14 years she served as a Chief Operating Officer at Jewish Employment and Vocational Services (JEVS) of Philadelphia. She earned a B.A. in Psychology from Temple University, an M.A. in Mental Health Evaluation from Drexel University, an M.B.A. from Widener University, and a PHR certification in human resources. She is currently an Adjunct Faculty Member of the graduate program at Widener University School of Business.
Prior to her tenure with JEVS, Ms. Baldini was Regional Operations Director for Northwestern Human Services, (NHS) and before that, Vice President at Elwyn. Her first position following graduate school was as a Direct Support Professional in KenCrest community homes.
On a personal level, Ms. Baldini was highly influenced by a family who has a positive “can do” attitude with an emphasis on valuing everyone. This attitude, and the experience of growing up with two members of her extended family who have physical disabilities, and more recently assisting her father-in-law who is diagnosed with MS, has inspired Ms. Baldini to work in this field where her personal and professional knowledge can have a positive impact on so many people.
Ms. Baldini lives in Delaware County. She is married with two children, and she has one dog.
